Dr. Devin’s educational journey led him to graduate from Life Chiropractic College West, following his undergraduate studies in exercise biology at the University of California Davis. During his time in graduate school, he honed his expertise in professional applied kinesiology, functional endocrinology, pediatric, and sports chiropractic. Driven by a passion for making a positive impact, he embarked on mission trips to Cambodia, where he provided invaluable health and functional improvements to thousands of individuals.
In addition to his clinical pursuits, Dr. Devin is committed to nurturing the next generation of chiropractors. He generously dedicates his time to mentoring chiropractic students, inspiring them to become compassionate and skilled practitioners in the future.
Dr. Devin’s profound understanding of the body’s innate intelligence, as coordinated by the brain and nervous system, stems from his extensive studies in pathology and physiology. He has made it his mission to champion drugless and natural approaches to health within his community. His versatility in various chiropractic techniques enables him to tailor treatments to each patient’s unique needs, prioritizing individualized care above all else.
Beyond his professional life, Dr. Devin is an avid lover of the great outdoors. He frequently explores the scenic Easy Bay trails, seeking fresh routes and challenges with his wife and two kids Ella and Wesley. Driven by a desire to continually push his mental and physical limits, he has even participated in multiple triathlons. He firmly believes that maintaining optimal nervous system function through chiropractic care empowers the body to harness its innate healing abilities. Dr. Devin Waterman is not only a chiropractor but a holistic health advocate dedicated to enhancing the well-being of his patients and community.

Dr. Craig Hartstein is dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their optimal health and well-being through the transformative benefits of chiropractic care and health education. Growing up in Alamo, he graduated from Monte Vista High School, where he was an active member of the Diving Team, later recruited by UC Davis for their Division 1 Diving Team. At UC Davis, he earned two undergraduate degrees in Psychology (pre-med) and Communications in just four years.
Dr. Craig completed his Doctorate Degree in Chiropractic from Life Chiropractic College West. Early in his career, he joined a team focused on athletes and became certified in Active Release Technique (ART) and Neuromuscular Re-education (NMR). He also helped develop a comprehensive four-week program for effective lifestyle changes, incorporating dietary, exercise, and rest strategies.
In 2014, Dr. Craig seized an opportunity to share his expertise internationally by moving to Shanghai, China. There, he opened the first chiropractic center available to the local population and, due to its success, opened a second office in 2019. Longing to return to his roots, Dr. Craig moved back to the Bay Area to be closer to family and friends. He joined the Waterman Chiropractic Center, where he feels aligned with like-minded professionals who support each other’s goals. Dr. Craig is enthusiastic about reconnecting with the community and contributing to its well-being.
Outside the office, Dr. Craig enjoys spending quality time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and participating in sports. He loves traveling to different countries, immersing himself in various cultures and cuisines. His passion for chiropractic care is fueled by witnessing the positive impact of chiropractic adjustments on individuals’ lives, motivating him to continuously refine his knowledge and techniques.
Emily is a Registered Nurse, Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, and an Internationally Certified Colon Hydrotherapist. Her love of people, anatomy, learning, and biology led her to nursing, where she went on to obtain her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing at the University of Missouri in 2009. Her nursing career has spanned 12 years in Surgical, Medical, and Neuro/Trauma Intensive Care Units, as well as Interventional Radiology, Cardiovascular Pre and Post Surgical and Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). From Baltimore, Maryland to Oakland, California and a multitude of hospitals around the country as both a staff and traveling RN, she grew frustrated of witnessing patients becoming sicker and sicker year over year, despite daily advancements in allopathic medicine, and despite the latest greatest technologies that medicine had to offer them. Little was ever discussed with patients about preventative care, rather the focus was always on pharmaceuticals, surgery, and always treating the symptoms rather than identifying the root cause of disease and illness. Becoming increasingly more uncomfortable in the allopathic paradigm of “health” care, Emily left the ICU in September 2021 to pursue her soul’s work of educating people on holistic health, functional & whole food nutrition, and helping patients and clients heal through sustainable lifestyle choices with food as the focus, and encompassing the whole body, mind and spirit. Her favorite things include: hiking, being outside, cooking, reading, knitting, skiing, Taylor Swift, & spending time with dear family and friends.
